Bonnie O’Neill is an established financial professional with experience in finance, human resources, operations, and technology in the not-for-profit and for-profit sectors.  

Successful in linking finance and business operations to strategies and initiatives, she helps organizations achieve their visions and objectives. Her expertise includes improving fiscal management infrastructure, managing change, and establishing systems that promote growth while mitigating risk.  

Prior to serving with Carey & Co., Bonnie served as a Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer in the United Way system.  She holds a Master’s Degree in Professional Accounting from Centenary University.  She is a member of the Financial Executives Networking Group (FENG) and volunteers as a certified tax preparer for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) and Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE) programs.
