Brian Macias is a finance professional with 18 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, grants management, accounting, and operations in the non-profit and public education sectors. Previous responsibilities and successes include timely and accurate audit and 990 preparations; cross-functional process improvements with talent, development and operations teams; and leading successful financial system implementations and enhancements. In addition to the previous successes, he guided an organization with a $100 million operating budget through annual and long-term financial planning. (This included navigating a 3-year period of significant growth, during which the budget increased from $65 million to $95 million.)

He obtained a B.S in Business Administration from Boston University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
